Isha Kriya is a simple but powerful guided meditation which you can do anywhere. Daily practice can help to reorganize energy and may provide other health benefits such as enhanced mental clarity, heightened focus and memory, and a deep state of peacefulness and joy. These classes are offered by the Isha Foundadtion, a non-profit, non-religious public service organization.
